Role Overview
We’re looking for a Social Media & Performance Marketing Manager who can think strategically, execute hands-on, and own outcomes end-to-end.
This is a hybrid role (execution + strategy + ownership) — ideal for someone who wants to go beyond just running ads and actually build growth systems.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn Ads
- Manage organic social media: Content planning & calendars, Optimizations
- Own campaign performance & optimization: Budget allocation, A/B testing (creatives, copy, landing pages), Scaling winning campaigns
- Work on end-to-end funnel thinking: Ad → Landing Page → CRM → Conversion
- Improve lead quality and conversion rates
Collaborate with:
- Designers & video editors
- Sales / CRM teams
- Founders & strategy team
- Build and maintain reports & insights:
- Weekly performance tracking
- Clear insights and actionable recommendations
Who You Are
- 3–4 years of experience in performance marketing + social media
- Hands-on experience running Meta + Google Ads (mandatory)
- Exposure to LinkedIn Ads is a strong plus
- Strong understanding of: Funnels & lead generation, CAC, CPL, ROAS, Attribution & tracking
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment
- Someone who takes ownership, not just tasks
