Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Social Media & Performance Marketing Executive to handle digital campaigns and support brand growth across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of paid ads along with hands-on exposure to social media handling.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta Ads)
Track and analyze campaign performance (CTR, CPC, conversions) to improve results
Handle and grow social media channels like Instagram, YouTube, etc.
Support influencer collaborations and campaign execution
Assist in media planning and budget allocation
Prepare reports and derive insights from campaign data
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of PPC (Pay-Per-Click advertising)
Familiarity with platforms like Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Meta Ads
Knowledge of current social media trends and platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Good verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience managing social media accounts
Exposure to influencer marketing campaigns
Basic understanding of content creation or video editing tools
