We are hiring a Social Media & Outreach Intern to manage content, conversations, and client communication across platforms.

This role combines content execution + inbound lead handling + outbound outreach, so you will directly contribute to audience growth, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management
• Schedule and publish content (LinkedIn, I
nstagram)
• Maintain content calendars for multiple clients
• Coordinate with designers/editors for timely posting

2. Engagement Handling
• Reply to comments and engage with relevant accou
nts daily
• Build visibility through strategic interactions

3. Inbound Lead Management
• Handle DMs (LinkedIn + I
nstagram)
• Qualify leads and respond using structured frameworks
• Follow up with potential clients

4. Outbound Outreach
• Send personalized connection request
s and DMs
• Execute outreach campaigns for clients
• Maintain tracking sheets (responses, leads, conversions)
