Role: Social Media & Outreach Coordinator (Part-Time)
Location: Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Presence Management: Curate and grow the Managing Director’s Instagram presence, focusing on more engagement, impact-driven storytelling, and community building.
- Engagement: Manage all two-way communication (DMs/Comments), ensuring a response time of [24 hours] while maintaining a tone that is authentic to the MD.
- Strategic Outreach: Identify, vet, and initiate partnerships with NGOs, youth communities, and influencers. Act as the primary point of contact for collaboration requests.
- Content Execution: Collaborate with the MD to brainstorm content pillars; draft captions and basic visual assets (Reels/Graphics) that reflect the MD’s values and public image.
- Communication Hub: Handle external calls and emails related to the MD’s public profile, ensuring all interactions are professional and aligned with agreed-upon messaging.
- Platform Expansion: Evaluate and potentially launch the MD’s presence on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn or Threads to diversify reach.
- Reporting: Lead a weekly strategy session to review analytics, discuss upcoming content, and align on outreach priorities.
Requirements:
- Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of Instagram algorithms, trends, and community management.
- Communication Excellence: Ability to mimic the MD’s "voice" perfectly—empathetic and highly respectful.
- Languages: Must be fluent in English and Gujarati
- Judgment & Discretion: Absolute commitment to confidentiality; ability to filter high-value opportunities from "noise."
- Organisation: Strong project management skills to juggle content calendars and partnership follow-ups.
- Experience: 1–2 years in Social Media Management, PR, or Community Organising preferred.
