We're looking for a Social Media Organic Growth & Brand Strategy Expert who goes beyond content creation. Someone who understands consumer behavior, builds strong brand identities, develops organic growth strategies, and creates content ecosystems that deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy
- Develop comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Define brand positioning, messaging, tone of voice, and communication frameworks.
- Conduct competitor analysis, audience research, and market trend analysis.
- Build content pillars and storytelling frameworks for long-term brand growth.
- Identify growth opportunities across digital channels.
Organic Social Media Growth
- Create and execute platform-specific organic growth strategies.
- Drive sustainable follower growth, engagement, and community building across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
- Optimize content based on audience insights and platform algorithms.
- Build creator, influencer, and community-led growth initiatives.
Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop monthly and quarterly content strategies and calendars.
- Create high-performing content concepts, campaign ideas, and storytelling-driven content.
- Write engaging hooks, captions, scripts, and long-form content.
- Lead content brainstorming sessions with creative teams.
Community Building
- Build authentic relationships with online communities.
- Manage audience interactions across social platforms.
- Develop engagement campaigns that increase loyalty and advocacy.
- Monitor brand sentiment and implement community engagement initiatives.
Campaign Planning
- Plan and execute organic campaigns, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and moment marketing.
- Collaborate with influencers, creators, and brand partners.
- Coordinate cross-functional campaigns with design, video, and performance marketing teams
Analytics & Performance
- Track KPIs including reach, engagement rate, follower growth, profile visits, saves, shares, website clicks, and conversions.
- Prepare monthly strategy reports with actionable insights.
- Conduct content audits and continuously optimize strategy based on data.
Innovation & Trends
- Stay updated on social media algorithms and platform updates.
- Identify viral trends and emerging content formats.
- Experiment with AI tools and innovative content strategies.

Required Skills

- Experience managing multiple brands in an agency environment.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Canva, Google Analytics, and project management tools.
