Job Summary
We’re looking for a Creative Problem Solver to lead marketing at Catch A Trip, someone who sees data as a story, not just a spreadsheet.
This role goes beyond posting content. We want a storyteller who can turn simple ideas into content that gets noticed, shared and remembered, helping us grow a strong and active social presence.
You will also drive ROI-focused Meta Ads campaigns by targeting high-intent audiences and optimizing every step for maximum conversions and efficiency.
Experience with SEO is a strong plus. Candidates with this skill will be prioritized.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media and Content
- Plan and execute content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn to build a strong and consistent brand presence
- Own content ideation and scripting for reels, carousels and stories, ensuring execution through designers results in high engagement and reach
- Write UGC style scripts and content concepts aligned with trends and audience behavior
- Collaborate with designers and editors to ensure high quality output
- Stay updated with trends and quickly adapt content for relevance and performance
Community and Growth
- Manage comments, DMs and audience interactions with a consistent brand voice
- Build and nurture an engaged and loyal community
- Identify audience insights, feedback and content opportunities
Meta Ads and Performance
- Plan, launch and manage ROI driven Meta Ads campaigns
- Identify and target high intent audiences for better lead quality
- Continuously test creatives, audiences and messaging to improve performance
- Optimize campaigns for conversions, cost efficiency and ROI
- Track and analyze key metrics like CPL, CTR, ROAS and conversions
- Share performance insights and actionable recommendations
SEO and Organic Growth
- Conduct basic keyword research to support content and website visibility
- Optimize website content, blogs and landing pages for on-page SEO
- Ensure content aligns with search intent and improves organic discoverability
- Work with the team to improve website structure, internal linking and content relevance
- Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console and Analytics
Website and Content Management
- Upload and manage travel packages, itineraries and content on the website
- Ensure accuracy, consistency and alignment with brand messaging
- Coordinate with internal teams for updates and improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with the ability to present past work including strategy, creatives and measurable results
- Strong understanding of content formats such as Reels, UGC and short-form video
- Ability to combine creative storytelling with performance driven thinking
- Solid understanding of social media analytics, KPIs and campaign metrics
- Strong copywriting and content ideation skills
- Good knowledge of audience targeting, funnel thinking and campaign optimization
- Experience in travel, lifestyle or content driven brands is a plus
- SEO knowledge is an added advantage
- Basic understanding of AI tools or willingness to learn
