Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Trainer based in Kochi. The role involves delivering high-quality training sessions on social media marketing concepts and strategies, creating well-structured course materials, and mentoring students to develop their expertise in the field. The Trainer will also work closely with the team to stay updated on industry trends, assess learner progress, and provide actionable feedback to support their professional growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Training skills, with a passion for teaching and mentoring
- In-depth knowledge of Social Media Marketing and Marketing strategies
- Proficiency in Sales techniques and the ability to integrate them with digital marketing strategies
- Familiarity with emerging social media platforms and trends
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Previous experience in a training or educational role is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is preferred
