We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and responsible professional to manage the social media presence and student communications for our AI-based training institute. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys social media management, content creation, and interacting with students and parents in an educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the institute’s social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content such as reels, posts, and stories to promote training programs and institute activities.
• Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and queries received on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle inquiries from prospective students and parents, providing information about courses, admissions, and training programs.
• Support the promotion of institute programs, workshops, and events through social media campaigns and content.
• Ensure consistent communication and engagement with the online community to strengthen the institute’s digital presence.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and experience in posting and managing content.
• Ability to interact professionally with students and parents and handle inquiries effectively.
• 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts is an added advantage.
• Interest in education, AI learning programs, and student engagement activities.
