About NECMERconsult
NECMERconsult is a business growth and marketing consultancy that installs complete growth systems for mid-market businesses — Healthcare, Real Estate, Education & Online Coaching. We don't run campaigns. We install the system that makes campaigns work.
We are building our content presence from the ground up and looking for sharp, hungry interns to build it alongside us.
What You'll Actually Work On
This is not a post-and-report internship. You will work directly with the founder on live client strategy and NECMERconsult's own content and brand building.
On the content side you'll research and develop content ideas rooted in problem-engineering strategy — content designed to create demand, not just awareness. You'll plan and manage our social media calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, support video editing and graphics production for reels, carousels, and long-form content, and track performance to identify what's working and why.
On the strategy and consulting side you'll sit in on client briefs and strategy sessions, contribute to marketing strategy documents and campaign planning, support business development research, and draft communication assets including decks, proposals, and reports.
Who We're Looking For
Graduates & Students with a genuine interest in marketing strategy and business consulting. You don't need to have done all of this before — but you need to be curious, fast-learning, and willing to do real work with real accountability.
You should be comfortable working independently, meeting deadlines without being chased, and communicating clearly in writing. Basic proficiency in Canva, CapCut or any editing tool, and Google Workspace is expected. Everything else can be learned on the job.
What matters most is thinking ability. If you can diagnose a problem, frame it clearly, and propose a solution — you'll fit here.

Stipend - No base pay but conditional performance bonus shall be provided.
