Job Description
Role: Senior Executive / Deputy Manager – Social Media, ORM & Marketing Operations
Location: Aster Corporate Office
Reporting To: Social Media & ORM Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage Aster’s social media presence, online reputation, and support critical marketing operations including Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO), and invoice processing for the brand and marketing function.
This role requires a mix of digital expertise and strong operational ownership to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
- Execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Coordinate with internal teams and agencies for content planning and publishing
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely execution
- Monitor performance metrics and generate monthly reports
- Identify trends and support moment marketing initiatives
2. Online Reputation Management (ORM)
- Manager agencies on monitoring reviews, comments, and brand mentions across platforms
- Overlooking response to patient/customer queries in a timely and empathetic manner
- Coordinate with hospital units for issue resolution and escalations
- Maintain ORM reports and dashboards
3. Marketing Operations (PR, PO & Invoice Management)
- Raise Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for all marketing and branding requirements
- Coordinate for Purchase Order (PO) creation and approvals
- Track budgets and ensure alignment with approved spends
- Manage end-to-end invoice processing, including submission, follow-ups, and closure
- Maintain trackers for PRs, POs, invoices, and vendor payments
- Liaise with finance and procurement teams for smooth processing
4. Stakeholder & Agency Coordination
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (units, finance, procurement) and external agencies
- Ensure timelines, deliverables, and compliance requirements are met
- Support campaign execution across regions
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of social media and ORM practices
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and strong documentation abilities
- Familiarity with PR/PO processes and invoice tracking
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
- Analytical mindset for reporting and performance tracking
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3–6 years of relevant experience
- Experience in healthcare, corporate marketing, or agency setup preferred
- Exposure to tools like Sprinklr, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms
