Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, highly motivated Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team in a hybrid capacity, combining in-office work at our Noida location with the flexibility to work remotely. The Specialist will manage, create, and enhance social media content across platforms to increase brand visibility and engage followers. Responsibilities include planning and executing social media campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, staying updated on emerging trends, and coordinating with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall business goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation to drive brand engagement and develop creative campaigns.
- Experience in Digital Marketing and Marketing strategies to align social media initiatives with broader marketing goals.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey brand messaging effectively.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics tools, and emerging trends in digital marketing.
- Creative and strategic thinking with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Prior experience in the pet care, animal welfare, or service industry is a plus.
