Role Overview
We are looking for 2 Social Media Executives who can manage and grow social media accounts with a strong focus on content, engagement, and performance. If you understand trends and know how to turn content into results, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create captions, reels ideas, and post strategies
- Design basic creatives using Canva or similar tools
- Schedule and publish posts consistently
- Monitor engagement (comments, DMs) and respond accordingly
- Track performance and suggest improvements
- Stay updated with trends and viral content formats
- Coordinate with the internal team for campaigns and content
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
- Basic design skills (Canva preferred)
- Good communication and writing skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple accounts
Bonus Skills (Preferred)
- Experience with paid ads (Meta Ads)
- Knowledge of reels, short-form content strategy
- Agency experience
