Role OverviewWe're looking for a creative, AI-savvy Social Media Executive who enjoys conceptualising campaigns, writing compelling content, and leveraging AI tools to bring ideas to life. You'll be responsible for managing social media platforms, driving meaningful engagement, growing online communities, and analysing performance through clear, actionable reports. Key Responsibilities- Develop creative concepts for social media campaigns across multiple brands.
- Write engaging captions, scripts, carousel copy, and campaign ideas.
- Use AI tools to create visual references, image concepts, and video prototypes that support content ideation.
- Research trends, formats, and cultural moments to create relevant content.
- Prepare content calendars and collaborate with designers and video editors to execute ideas.
- Brief the creative team with clear concepts and content directions.
- Stay updated with emerging AI tools and social media best practices.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely content delivery.
Requirements- 1+ year of experience in Social Media Marketing or Content Marketing.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to generate fresh campaign ideas.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.
- Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and current social media trends.
- Ability to manage multiple brands in a fast-paced agency environment.
