Whizz HR is hiring Social Media Marketing Specialist in Mumbai :
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories, etc.)
- Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and others
- Monitor trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI)
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community
- Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams for campaigns
- Maintain brand voice and consistency across all platforms
- Stay updated with the latest social media tools, trends, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
- Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar
- Basic knowledge of paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Good copywriting and communication skills
