Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager & Content Creator to manage and grow multiple client social media accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning content, creating engaging posts, managing campaigns, and ensuring strong brand presence across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
- Plan and execute social media strategies for multiple client brands.
- Create engaging content including captions, reels, short videos, and static posts.
- Manage and schedule posts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Coordinate with the design and performance marketing teams for campaign execution.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging content formats.
- Manage social media calendars and ensure timely posting.
- Track performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth.
- Prepare monthly social media reports and insights for clients.
- Handle community management including comments, messages, and queries.
- Work closely with clients to understand brand voice and campaign objectives.
- Conceptualize creative ideas for reels, campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
- Ensure consistency in brand communication and visual storytelling.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in social media management or content creation in an agency.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Basic understanding of video content and reel trends.
- Experience with social media tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
