Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Mumbai for a Social Media Marketing Specialist. The role involves managing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content for various platforms, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with team members to drive audience growth. The candidate will also interact with clients and ensure their social media presence aligns with their goals to maximize impact and visibility.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Content Creation
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing and core Marketing principles
- Ability to grow social media platforms organically (no paid campaigns)
- Strong knowledge of social media policies & guidelines across platforms to ensure compliance and avoid account risks
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and optimize performance
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and platform algorithms
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- Experience working with content creators, trainers, or educators is a plus
Office Location - Goregaon West, Mumbai
Work Timings - Mon - Sat | 10 am to 7 pm
