Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Specialist role based in Surat. The specialist will plan, create, and publish engaging social media content across platforms, aligned with each client’s brand strategy and campaign goals. Responsibilities include managing content calendars, coordinating with designers and copywriters, and scheduling posts to maintain consistent brand presence. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, optimizing campaigns, and preparing regular reports and insights for internal teams and clients. The specialist will stay updated on trends, manage community interactions, and support broader digital marketing initiatives and brand campaigns as needed.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, including planning, publishing, and community management.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing fundamentals, including campaign planning, audience targeting, and performance tracking.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaborating with internal stakeholders and engaging with online audiences.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic understanding of paid social advertising and performance metrics.
- Relevant experience in agency or brand-side social media roles, preferably in diverse sectors, is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Surat, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, creative environment is expected.
