Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist, based in Lucknow. Responsibilities for this role include crafting, scheduling, and publishing engaging social media content across various platforms, developing and implementing social media strategies, and monitoring performance metrics to optimize campaigns. The role also involves staying updated on the latest trends in social media and assisting with broader digital marketing activities to amplify brand presence and engagement. Collaboration with the creative and content teams to ensure consistent messaging is a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
- Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing strategies
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Familiarity with social media tools and platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, analytics tools)
- Prior experience in social media management is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
