TalentPop App is growing our remote marketing team, and we’re looking for a creative and results-driven
Social Media Marketing Specialist to help strengthen our digital presence, grow engagement, and support brand growth across multiple platforms.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and similar channels to increase reach and engagement
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content including graphics, videos, captions, and stories aligned with marketing initiatives and brand standards
- Monitor social media performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights and analytics
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging content strategies to maintain fresh and relevant campaigns
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams on integrated campaigns, paid advertising efforts, and digital growth initiatives
- Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and customer interactions professionally and consistently
- Support email and digital marketing efforts through creative, social-first content ideas and campaign support
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience managing social media accounts, content creation, or digital marketing campaigns
- Strong copywriting, communication, and visual storytelling skills
- Solid understanding of social media analytics, engagement metrics, and reporting
- Experience with paid ads, influencer outreach, SEO, or E-Commerce marketing is a plus
- Highly organized, creative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
Technical Requirements
- Stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps for both upload and download
- Personally owned PC or laptop with at least an Intel i5 processor or equivalent, and a minimum of 8GB RAM
- Quiet and professional remote workspace suitable for collaboration and content creation
