Role Description
We are looking for a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team in Jaipur. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various social media platforms. The candidate should also have hands-on experience in running and managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Key responsibilities include creating engaging social media content, managing paid ad campaigns, monitoring online presence, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to align marketing strategies. The specialist will stay updated with the latest digital and social media trends to drive brand awareness, enhance engagement, and achieve marketing objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
- A strong foundation in Digital Marketing and Marketing techniques
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and data to inform strategy
- Strong creativity and attention to detail
- Experience with social media management tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Previous experience managing social media accounts for businesses highly preferred
