Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist located in the Pune Division. The role involves managing and executing social media marketing campaigns across platforms, creating engaging social media content, and monitoring performance analytics to optimize strategies. The specialist will also collaborate with the marketing team to support digital marketing efforts, strengthen brand presence, and engage with the target audience effectively. Additional responsibilities include researching trends, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring that social media initiatives align with the academy's objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
- Strong background in Digital Marketing and general Marketing strategies
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with the audience and collaborate with internal teams
- Familiarity with social media analytic tools and the ability to use data to inform decisions
- Creativity and adaptability to keep up with social media trends and deliver innovative campaign ideas
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the media, entertainment, or education sectors is a plus
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines effectively
