Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist, based in the Pune Division. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing content for social media platforms, developing and executing social media campaigns, analyzing engagement metrics, and optimizing digital strategies. This role involves close collaboration with the marketing team to enhance the company's online presence, engage audiences effectively, and drive brand awareness through innovative social media initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing tactics to drive engagement and results
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences
- Ability to analyze metrics and generate insights to optimize social media campaigns
- Understanding of branding principles and content strategy for digital platforms
- Experience in using social media management tools and analytics software is a plus
- Proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Creative thinking, strong attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
