The Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Executive with 1-3 years experience to own our LinkedIn presence end-to-end. You’ll turn CMO insights from SaaS, CPG, fintech, e-commerce, and enterprise brands into scroll-stopping posts and grow a community of revenue-focused marketers.
What You’ll Do
Content: Draft, edit, and schedule 3-4 LinkedIn posts/week from interview transcripts, data points, and campaign teardowns
Community: Engage with CMOs, agency leaders, and B2B/B2C marketers daily. Spark conversations, not just likes
Creative: Work with design to brief carousels, quote cards, and short-form video. Basic design skills = bonus
Analytics: Track reach, engagement rate, follower quality, and comment depth. Report weekly on what’s working and why
Campaigns: Support launches for our CMO Series, research studies, and live events. You’ll run the social playbook
What You Bring
Experience: 1-3 years running social for a B2B or B2C brand, agency, or media property. LinkedIn is your home turf
Writing: You can turn a 45-min CMO interview into a punchy 120-word post. You know hooks, line breaks, and how to write for skimmers
Marketing Intuition: You understand pipeline, win rates, ROAS, brand lift, and campaign effectiveness. Marketing metrics don’t scare you
Ownership: You spot typos in others’ posts. You test post times. You reply to comments within hours, not days
Tools: LinkedIn, design basics, scheduling tools like Buffer/Sprout, Google Sheets for tracking

You’ve worked with CMOs or marketing leaders in SaaS, CPG, fintech, or e-commerce
You geek out on marketing measurement and data storytelling
