Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Growth Strategy
- Develop and execute growth strategies for Instagram and YouTube
- Plan and manage structured content calendars
- Improve engagement, reach, and follower growth
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content
- Stay updated with platform algorithms and trends
2. Performance Marketing (Paid Ads)
Must have hands-on experience in:
- Facebook (Meta) Ads
- Instagram Ads
- Google Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute high-performance ad campaigns
- Optimize budgets and improve ROI
- Define audience targeting and marketing funnels
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives and campaigns
- Track performance metrics and improve conversions
- Drive lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns
3. SEO Optimization
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Optimize website and landing pages
- Improve organic traffic and rankings
- Track SEO performance and generate reports
4. Strategy, Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze performance across all platforms
- Generate structured performance reports
- Identify growth opportunities through data insights
- Recommend actionable improvements
