Marketing Manager – Brand & Growth

About the Role
Jomotel Hotels is looking for a highly creative, data-driven, and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead the brand's end-to-end marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, guest acquisition, revenue growth, and digital presence across all Jomotel hotels and hospitality ventures.
This role requires a strong blend of content creation, performance marketing, influencer collaborations, branding, social media management, and hospitality marketing expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Marketing & Strategy
- Develop and execute the overall marketing and branding strategy for Jomotel Hotels Group.
- Build a strong and consistent brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
- Plan and execute hotel launch campaigns, seasonal promotions, and destination marketing initiatives.
- Manage brand positioning, storytelling, and communication strategy.
Content Planning & Production
- Create monthly and quarterly content calendars.
- Lead hotel photoshoots, videography projects, and property content production.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, and agencies.
- Ensure high-quality visual content across websites, OTAs, social media, and sales materials.
Social Media Management
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan engaging content, reels, stories, and campaigns.
- Grow community engagement and brand visibility.
- Build the founder's and company's LinkedIn presence through thought leadership content.
Influencer & UGC Marketing
- Identify and collaborate with travel influencers, creators, and content partners.
- Design influencer campaigns and measure ROI.
- Drive user-generated content (UGC) initiatives to enhance social proof and engagement.
- Build long-term relationships with creators and hospitality communities.
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and other paid campaigns.
- Manage lead generation and direct booking campaigns.
- Track ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
- Continuously improve marketing efficiency through A/B testing and audience optimization.
Website & Digital Presence
- Coordinate website updates, landing pages, and SEO initiatives.
- Improve direct booking performance through digital campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital assets.
PR & Partnerships
- Build strategic partnerships with travel brands, tourism boards, corporates, and event organizers.
- Support PR activities and media outreach.
- Identify opportunities for brand collaborations and co-marketing initiatives.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track marketing KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and market trends.
- Recommend growth opportunities based on data insights.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–8 years of experience in hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or consumer brand marketing.
- Strong expertise in content marketing and brand building.
- Hands-on experience with:

- Experience managing hotel shoots, reels, photography, and content production.

- Ability to manage agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hotels, resorts, homestays, travel, or hospitality brands.
- Familiarity with OTA platforms such as MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, and Airbnb.
- Experience scaling multi-property hospitality brands.
- Willingness to travel frequently for property visits, content shoots, and brand activations.
