Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. In this role, the specialist plans, creates, and publishes social media content across platforms to build brand awareness and engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media calendars, monitoring performance metrics, responding to audience interactions, and collaborating with internal teams to align messaging with overall marketing goals. The specialist will also support digital marketing campaigns, research trends, and recommend strategies to improve reach and effectiveness, ensuring consistent and compelling communication with target audiences.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
- Candidates should possess knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing and Marketing.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal expression.
- Candidates should ideally have experience using social media management and analytics tools.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Prior experience in a social media or digital marketing role, particularly in a corporate or agency setting, is an advantage.
