Role Description:
We are looking for a full-time Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team on-site in Hyderabad. The role involves managing and optimizing social media campaigns, creating engaging content for multiple platforms, developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, and monitoring social media analytics to improve performance.
The candidate will also be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other social media platforms to drive brand awareness, lead generation, engagement, and conversions. The role requires expertise in audience targeting, campaign budgeting, A/B testing, remarketing strategies, conversion tracking, and performance optimization to achieve business goals.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging while staying updated on the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media and paid marketing.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
- Minimum 2 years of experience in running and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other social media advertising platforms
- Strong understanding of campaign objectives, audience targeting, re-targeting, conversion tracking, and performance marketing metrics
- Knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing and overall Marketing strategies
- Experience with campaign budgeting, lead generation campaigns, A/B testing, and ROAS optimization
- Familiarity with Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and social media analytics/reporting tools
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to engage diverse audiences
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights to improve performance
- Familiarity with the latest trends in social media marketing and paid advertising
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred
- Prior work experience in marketing, social media management, or performance marketing roles is an advantage
