Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Specialist role based in Bhubaneswar. Key responsibilities include developing digital marketing strategies, analyzing campaign performance, engaging with online communities, and collaborating with the marketing team to align efforts with broader company goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
- Expertise in Digital Marketing and Marketing concepts
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage audiences effectively
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and optimize campaigns for best performance
- Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail in content development
- Experience with social media management tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
