Role: Social Media Marketing Specialist (Hybrid – Mumbai)
We’re not looking for someone to “manage” social media.
We’re looking for someone who can own it.
This role is for someone who:
• Doesn’t wait for instructions
• Doesn’t rely on recycled ideas
• Doesn’t need reminders to follow through
If your approach to content is copying trends or asking AI for every caption, this role will feel difficult.
If you naturally think in ideas, spot opportunities before others do, and care about building brands (not just posting content), you’ll do well here.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Owning social media strategy end-to-end
• Creating content that is distinct, thoughtful, and on-brand
• Identifying what actually works (not just what’s trending)
• Collaborating with design and marketing teams to execute at a high standard
• Continuously improving performance through insight, not guesswork
What We Expect
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in social media marketing
• Based in Mumbai (hybrid role)
• Strong understanding of how brands grow on social media today
• High level of ownership - you follow through without being chased
• Clear thinking + strong taste (you know what’s good and what’s not)
• Consistency, reliability, and attention to detail
You should be someone who:
• Comes with ideas, not just execution
• Questions things instead of blindly following trends
• Uses AI to enhance thinking - not replace it
