Overview
At DigiRoket, we help businesses grow through 360° digital marketing solutions including social media marketing, performance marketing, PPC, SEO, website development, mobile app development, and graphic design. We are looking for a Social Media Executive who already understands the agency environment and can manage fast-paced brand communication with clarity, creativity, and execution discipline. Digiroket presents itself as a Jaipur-based digital marketing agency with a broad service stack and a Mansarovar office.
This role is ideal for someone who has around 2 years of experience, preferably in an agency setup, and has worked on clients across D2C, real estate lead generation, high-jewelry, and astrology niches.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Manage and execute social media calendars for multiple client accounts
Create platform-wise content flow for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
Ensure daily execution aligns with each brand’s communication style, positioning, and goals
Content Coordination
Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content teams to ensure timely delivery of posts, reels, carousels, and creatives
Write or refine content briefs, captions, hooks, and
CTA-led communication
Maintain consistency in feed quality, storytelling, and posting rhythm
Client & Agency Execution
Work closely with internal teams to maintain timelines, approvals, and campaign execution
Handle revisions, feedback loops, and brand-level updates professionally
Support account managers or senior team members in day-to-day client delivery
Performance Understanding
Review content performance, audience engagement, and campaign-level outcomes
Identify what type of content is performing and where improvement is needed
Collaborate with paid media/performance teams wherever required for stronger social direction
Trend & Platform Awareness
Stay updated with social media trends, reel formats, content angles, and platform updates
Translate trends into brand-relevant execution, not random posting
Preferred Background
Prior experience in an agency
Exposure to D2C brands
Exposure to lead generation brands, especially real estate
Strong understanding of brand communication and social execution speed
Someone based in Jaipur or ready to work from Jaipur office
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or related field is preferred
2+ years of relevant experience in social media handling
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and
LinkedIn content formats
Ability to work in a fast-moving agency environment
Organized, deadline-oriented, and detail-focused
