Role DescriptionWe are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow the digital presence of DA RAKE LUXEZ. This role involves planning, creating, and executing content across social media platforms, with a strong focus on maintaining a premium and consistent brand image.
The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day social media activities, creating engaging content (including reels), and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns. This role also requires regular coordination with influencers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of content.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute day-to-day social media content and strategy
- Create and manage Instagram content (reels, posts, and stories)
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s premium and luxury positioning
- Shoot and appear in content when required
- Maintain and follow a content calendar consistently
- Coordinate with designers and editors for smooth execution
- Manage influencer collaborations, including onboarding and communication
- Regularly follow up with influencers to ensure timely posting and campaign delivery
- Monitor performance and make improvements based on engagement and reach
- Support ongoing campaigns, launches, and marketing activities
Qualifications & Requirements- Prior experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Good understanding of Instagram trends and content formats
- Comfortable with content creation and being on camera
- Basic knowledge of tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar editing platforms
- Experience in handling or coordinating with influencers is important
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Self-driven and responsible in handling day-to-day tasks
Working Structure- This role follows a 6-day working schedule and may require flexibility during shoots, campaigns, or launches.
Preferred- Experience working with fashion, beauty, or luxury brands
- Understanding of branding and content aesthetics
