About The Role
We’re hiring for a fast-growing AI startup (B2B SaaS) expanding aggressively into the US and Middle East markets.
As an early member of our marketing team, you will play a foundational role in building and scaling our social media presence. This position is ideal for someone who combines strong execution skills with strategic thinking and can help shape how our brand is represented across key social platforms.
You will be responsible for establishing our voice, growing brand awareness, contributing meaningfully to conversations around OKRs and strategy execution, and amplifying both company and customer success stories.
This role requires a highly creative, detail-oriented marketer with strong social media expertise, exceptional copywriting skills, and the ability to balance daily execution with long-term brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative, high-impact social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth
- Build and strengthen the company’s presence across B2B-focused social platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Twitter/X
- Create and manage scalable systems, including social media calendars, workflows, playbooks, and best practices
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product marketing, content, and leadership on launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives
- Identify opportunities for customer advocacy, influencer collaborations, and broader brand amplification
- Monitor social media performance metrics including follower growth, reach, engagement, sentiment, and campaign effectiveness
- Continuously optimize strategies based on performance insights and evolving platform trends
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably with B2B or SaaS exposure
- Strong understanding of B2B social channels, especially LinkedIn and Twitter/X
- Hands-on experience with social media tools, analytics platforms, scheduling systems, and content workflows
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills
- Strong brand judgment and ability to create thoughtful, engaging, and audience-relevant content
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
