Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online presence in the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, generating leads through social media campaigns, and enhancing brand visibility across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, banners, and property promotions.
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and ad copy for real estate campaigns.
- Coordinate property photoshoots, walkthrough videos, and promotional creatives.
- Run paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms and Google.
- Generate qualified leads for residential/commercial projects.
- Respond to comments, messages, and social media inquiries promptly.
- Coordinate with sales teams for lead follow-up and conversions.
- Analyze social media insights and prepare performance reports.
- Suggest strategies to improve engagement and lead generation.
Skills Required
- Social media management
- Meta Ads & Google Ads knowledge
Qualification Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing/Social Media Marketing preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in real estate.
