Role Description
The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and conversions. The specialist will manage daily social media calendars, monitor channel performance, and respond to audience interactions in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in Social Media Management and Brand Strategy, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Strong social media management skills, including content planning, posting, and community engagement across major platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X).
- Proficiency in social media content creation and copywriting, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different brands and audiences.
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools, and the ability to interpret data to optimise campaigns and content performance.
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, and how social media integrates into broader marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) to collaborate effectively with designers and refine visual assets for social media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
