Hiring: Social Media Manager + Ads Specialist (Senior Role)
We are looking for someone who does more than just manage social media — someone who can drive results, lead a team, and take ownership of client growth.
This is a senior role where you will be managing both organic content and paid ads, while guiding a team of freshers and ensuring overall client success.
What you will be responsible for:
- Lead and manage social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Plan and execute high-performing ad campaigns (primarily Meta)
- Guide and mentor junior team members
- Bring in the latest trends, ideas, and growth strategies
- Coordinate with designers, editors, and content teams for smooth execution
- Ensure all content and campaigns align with business objectives
- Track performance, analyze data, and continuously optimize campaigns
- Handle client communication, reporting, and satisfaction
What we are looking for:
- 2–5+ years of experience in social media management and paid ads
- Proven experience in running ROI-driven ad campaigns
- Strong understanding of content strategy and audience behavior
- Leadership ability to guide and improve team performance
- Up-to-date knowledge of trends, tools, and platform changes
- Strong communication and client handling skills
- Someone who takes ownership and responsibility
Bonus if you:
- Have experience working in an agency or handling multiple brands
- Understand full-funnel marketing
