Position Overview
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for managing our brand presence across all social media platforms, developing engaging content, and fostering community engagement to drive brand awareness, loyalty, and bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Manage day-to-day content creation and scheduling across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams to highlight property features, promotions, and events.
- Monitor and engage with online communities, responding to comments and messages in a timely and brand-consistent manner.
- Use analytics tools to track performance, generate reports, and optimize content based on insights.
- Partner with influencers, travel bloggers, and brand ambassadors to expand reach.
- Coordinate with photographers and videographers for content capture at the property level.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in hospitality, digital marketing, and social media platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2–3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in hospitality or travel sectors.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools is a plus.
- Photography and/or video editing skills are an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for hospitality, travel, and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
- Willingness to Travel
