To accelerate our growth, we’re looking for a bold, creative, & slightly unhinged Social Media Manager who's always learning new AI tools - to help Amply become the most relatable voice in retail operations.
You’ll own Amply’s social media engine : from founder-led LinkedIn posts and witty static creatives to carousels, memes, reels, customer stories, and content experiments that make retail operators stop scrolling.
You’ll work directly with the founders, understand the product deeply, turn retail chaos into sharp content, and help build Amply’s brand across India, North America, SEA, and beyond.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- Own Amply’s LinkedIn content calendar
- Write sharp founder-led posts for Amply’s leadership team
- Create witty, relatable posts around retail ops problems
- Turn product features into simple, scroll-stopping content
- Work with designers to create carousels, static posts, infographics, and reels
- Repurpose blogs, case studies, demos, customer stories, and product updates into social content
- Track what’s working and double down on formats that get reach, comments, and demo interest
- Research retail/QSR trends, store ops pain points, and competitor content
- Build Amply’s tone: useful, funny, sharp, and never boring
- Experiment fast with hooks, formats, memes, and creative ideas
What You'll Bring (Requirements)
- Strong writing skills - especially for LinkedIn
- Good taste in design, memes, hooks, and internet culture
- Ability to simplify boring B2B/SaaS topics into interesting content
- 1+ yr experience in social media, content, B2B SaaS, agency, or startup marketing
- Comfort with Canva/Figma/CapCut or similar tools
- Ability to work with designers/video editors and give clear creative briefs
- A strong understanding of what makes people stop scrolling
- High ownership, creativity, speed, and ENERGY!!
