We’re Hiring: Social Media Marketing Strategist
📍 Remote | 50,000/month (6 LPA) | Full-Time
Role Overview
We are looking for a hybrid Copywriter and Social Media Strategist who lives at the intersection of data and dreams. You aren’t just someone who "posts to Instagram"—you are a master storyteller who understands how to turn a brand’s mission into a viral thread, a compelling blog post, or a high-converting ad.
Your mission is to build a cohesive brand voice across all digital touchpoints and foster a loyal, active community through strategic engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1.Content Planning & Calendar Management
- Strategic Mapping: Design and maintain a 30-60 day rolling content calendar that aligns with product launches, seasonal trends, and brand milestones.
- Platform-Specific Optimization: Tailor content formats (Reels, Threads, Carousel, Articles) to fit the unique rhythm and "peak times" of each social platform.
- Content Pillars: Categorize posts into core themes (Educational, Promotional, Behind-the-Scenes, Community-Led) to ensure a balanced and high-value feed.
- Workflow Coordination: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of a post—from initial ideation and brief creation to final scheduling and performance review.
- Agile Adjustments: Maintain the flexibility to pivot the calendar in real-time based on breaking news, trending memes, or sudden shifts in audience sentiment.
2. Copywriting & Content Creation
- Write high-converting copy for email marketing, landing pages, and paid social ads.
- Produce long-form editorial content (blogs, whitepapers, or newsletters) that positions the brand as a thought leader.
- Storytelling: Humanize the brand by uncovering and sharing "the why" behind our products/services.
3. Social Media Strategy
- Develop and execute a multi-platform content calendar (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.).
- Analyze platform trends and algorithm shifts to ensure maximum organic reach.
- Translate complex business goals into digestible, shareable social content.
4. Engagement & Community Building
- Actively manage social communities by initiating conversations, responding to comments, and monitoring brand mentions.
- Implement "outbound engagement" strategies to reach new audiences and influencers.
- Identify and nurture relationships with brand advocates and industry peers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a dual copywriting/social media role (Agency or In-house).
- Proven experience managing content lifecycles for 15+ diverse clients or internal brands simultaneously without compromising quality or deadlines.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to look at a spreadsheet of analytics and turn it into a creative brief.
- The "Writer’s Ear": A chameleon-like ability to adopt and evolve our brand voice.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with social management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or Buffer) and design basics (Canva or Adobe Express).
- Empathy: A deep understanding of audience psychology—knowing what makes people click, share, and comment.
