Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist based in Mumbai, with some flexibility to work from home. Responsibilities include creating and managing engaging content for social media platforms, developing and executing social media strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to maintain consistent brand messaging. The specialist will also stay updated on emerging trends and ensure Above40’s digital presence aligns with its mission and values.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
- Experience in Digital Marketing and general Marketing strategies
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling and brand-aligned messaging
- Proficiency in analyzing social media metrics and making data-driven decisions
- Ability to stay updated with social media trends and emerging platforms
- Creative mindset and attention to detail
- Experience in the beauty or wellness industry is a plus
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
