Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and publish content across platforms according to the content calendar.
- Manage community engagement, including comments, DMs, and interactions.
- Track and analyse performance metrics; prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Identify trends, hashtags, and real-time content opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of content.
- Assist with influencer coordination and campaign execution as needed.
- Monitor platform updates and suggest optimizations.
Skills & Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite).
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms and best practices.
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
- Ability to respond quickly and manage multiple tasks.
