Job Description – Social Media Manager
Position: Social Media Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all social media accounts across various platforms.
- Plan, schedule, and ensure the timely delivery of social media posts, reels, stories, and other content.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly content calendars in coordination with the creative and marketing teams.
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, editors, and influencers to ensure smooth content execution.
- Monitor social media performance and recommend strategies to improve engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Possess a strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, social media advertising, content marketing, and analytics.
- Coordinate with the e-commerce team to manage and update the Shopify website, including product launches, promotions, and campaign integration.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to keep the brand ahead in the market.
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Familiarity with Shopify website management.
- Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing principles.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
