We are looking for a Marketing & Media Manager to lead marketing strategy, content direction, and media planning. You’ll be responsible for building brand awareness, driving customer acquisition, and nurturing a loyal community through innovative storytelling, social media, partnerships, and digital campaigns.
Job Title : Marketing & Media Manager
Location : Fort, Mumbai
Office Hours : 1030am to 6.30pm (Mon to Fri )
Sat- 10 to 4Pm (WFH)
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand & Content Strategy
Develop and execute Sestra’s marketing calendar and content strategy aligned with brand values and product launches.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
Oversee creative production for campaigns, email, and web.
2. Social Media & Community
Manage social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.), growing engagement and reach.
Plan and execute influencer collaborations and user-generated content initiatives.
Conceptualize and Overlook photoshoot.
3. PR & Partnerships
Develop relationships with media, stylists, and brand partners.
Oversee press releases, brand features, and event activations.
Identify partnership opportunities aligned with Sestra’s values and audience.
Qualifications/Skills
2-6 years of experience in brand, marketing, or media management (fashion, lifestyle, or DTC experience preferred).
