Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Social Media Marketing Manager. The primary responsibilities include creating and implementing effective social media strategies (LinkedIn marketing focused), managing and optimizing social media accounts, and developing content tailored to engage audiences. The role also involves monitoring trends, analyzing performance metrics, and coordinating with internal teams to align digital marketing campaigns with overall brand goals. Training and Capacity building.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and Digital Marketing
• 3 years of experience in LinkedIn Marketing
• Strong skills in crafting and executing Content Strategies that drive engagement
• Excellent Communication skills for creating impactful and collaborative campaigns
• Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and make data-driven improvements
• Self-motivated and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field
• Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is an added advantage
• Experience in working in EdTech or social innovation domains is a plus
