Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Social Media Manager who will also serve as a primary point of contact for our clients. In this dual role, you will be responsible for developing strategy, creating engaging content, and managing brand presence across all social platforms, while maintaining strong, professional relationships with our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Content Creation: Define, create, and publish engaging text, image, and video content daily.
- Client Communication: Act as the main liaison for client accounts, providing regular campaign updates, performance reports, and onboarding new clients.
- Analytics: Track ROI and KPIs to present actionable insights to both internal teams and clients.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager, Account Manager, or similar role.
- Excellent copywriting, editing (photo/video/text), and communication skills.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social).
- Outstanding interpersonal and client-facing communication skills.
- BSc/BA degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
