About the role
Roboto Studio is looking for a social media and growth marketer to own our presence across social, content, and community, and to keep our business development moving. We handle the technical growth of the website ourselves. This role is the human side: you'll manage our channels every day, create and publish content alongside our designers, and make sure no lead or conversation goes cold.
What you'll do
- Own and manage our social channels: X, Reddit, LinkedIn, dev.to, YouTube, and our newsletter, with daily community engagement
- Create and publish content for a technical audience, including professional marketing videos
- Support business development: track inbound leads, follow up fast, and keep the pipeline tidy
- Watch what competitors and the wider industry are doing, and turn it into content and outreach ideas
- Report on what's working across channels using our analytics (PostHog)
- Use AI tools to automate content creation and reporting
What we're looking for
- A track record of building an audience, with quantifiable results
- Clear, sharp writing that lands with a technical audience
- Confident running multiple social channels and a content calendar without dropping threads
- Organized and responsive, comfortable owning follow-ups and keeping a CRM up to date
- Self-directed, independent thinker with a strong ownership mentality
Nice to have
- Experience with sales or business development at an agency or studio
- A working knowledge of modern SEO and AI search
- ScreenStudio or similar video recording skills
- Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, Cursor, v0)
- An understanding of how modern websites get built (Next.js, headless CMS, Shopify)
