Pixel Comet is looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence and help grow one of the fastest-growing platforms for independent filmmakers, talent, film schools, production houses, and movie lovers.
What You’ll Do
🎥 Create and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Threads, and Reddit.
📈 Plan and manage campaigns for:
* Feature Films
* Short Films
* Web Series
* Documentaries
* Talent Marketplace
* Film Institutes
* Production Houses
* Watcher Acquisition
🎬 Produce engaging content including:
* Reels & Shorts
* Carousels
* Posters
* Motion Graphics
* AI-generated content
* Movie trailers
* Behind-the-scenes content
💰 Manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Reddit.
🤝 Build partnerships with filmmakers, creators, influencers, festivals, and educational institutions.
📊 Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for growth.
What We’re Looking For
✔ 3+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing
✔ Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and X
✔ Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
✔ Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
✔ Excellent copywriting and communication skills
✔ Passion for films, digital media, and content creation
✔ Experience in entertainment, OTT, media, or startup environments is a plus
