Job Description:Nexzono Enterprises is seeking a creative, strategic Social Media Manager to manage and grow our clients’ digital presence. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and platform algorithms.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, create, and manage social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Develop monthly content calendars and campaign strategies
- Create engaging captions, reels concepts, and post ideas
- Monitor trends, viral content, and competitor activities
- Manage posting schedules and ensure consistency
- Track performance metrics and optimize content based on insights
- Handle comments, DMs, and audience engagement
- Coordinate with designers and video editors for content execution
Requirements:- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn algorithms
- Experience in content planning, reels strategy & trend analysis
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar tools
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients/projects
