Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Manager role based in Amritsar. The Social Media Marketing Manager will plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms to promote MSONS Gold & Diamonds and its collections. Responsibilities include developing and executing social media campaigns, optimizing posts for engagement and reach, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. The role involves coordinating photo and video content for product launches, offers, and brand stories, as well as monitoring analytics to refine strategies. The manager will also respond to comments and messages, support online customer engagement, and collaborate with store and marketing teams to drive in-store visits and online inquiries.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing brand pages and campaigns.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for customer engagement and internal coordination.
- Ability to develop and execute Content Strategy tailored to different platforms and target audiences.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing fundamentals, including basic analytics, audience targeting, and campaign performance tracking.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing; experience in jewelry, fashion, or retail is an advantage.
- Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, basic photo/video editing) and social media analytics dashboards.
- Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail, with the ability to represent a premium jewelry brand.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Amritsar, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines.
