Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Marketing Manager based in Bengaluru, with some flexibility to work from home. The Social Media Marketing Manager will develop and execute social media strategies, create and optimize engaging content across platforms, and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns. Additional responsibilities include monitoring social media trends, building brand engagement, collaborating with the content and creative teams, and ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals. The role requires strategic thinking, creativity, and communication, while ensuring an impactful digital presence for our clients.
Qualifications
- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Proficiency in Content Strategy and the development of engaging, audience-relevant content.
- Strong communication abilities to manage client relationships and work collaboratively within a team.
- Comprehensive understanding of Digital Marketing concepts and trends.
- Proven experience with analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work model with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
- Knowledge of online reputation management and audience segmentation is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field is preferred.
