We are looking for a performance-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to drive digital acquisition, mobile app growth, and lead generation. ( Mobile App Growth is Mandatory )

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns

• Drive app installs, mobile app optimization (ASO), and user acquisition campaigns

• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across platforms

• Track performance (CPL, CPA, ROAS) and optimize funnels

• Handle WhatsApp marketing and lead nurturing

• Build social media presence and improve engagement

Requirements:

• Experience in performance marketing (NBFC/Fintech experience preferred, not mandatory)

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, ASO

• Strong understanding of conversion tracking & attribution

• Knowledge of compliance in financial promotions (RBI guidelines is a plus)
